1 large goose
6 apples, peeled and quartered
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
5 garlic cloves
- Rub the goose with salt, pepper, and marjoram – on the outside and inside. Stuff with apples cut into squares. Fasten together.
- Put the bird in the heatproof dish breast down, pour the juice and put in the oven preheated to 200°C.
- Add garlic and roast for 90 minutes.
- 30 minutes before the end of roasting time put apples around the goose. While roasting, pour the juices over the goose.
