tasty poultry liver with applesIngredients:

1 kg poultry liver
2 apples
3 onions
½ cup of wheat flour
oil for frying





  1. Sprinkle liver with the flour.
  2. Cut the onion into half and slice or slice it thinly. Cut apples into 8 parts or half-slices.
