1 kg poultry liver
½ cup of wheat flour
oil for frying
- Sprinkle liver with the flour.
- Cut the onion into half and slice or slice it thinly. Cut apples into 8 parts or half-slices.
- In a large skillet, heat oil and add liver. Fry all sides in high heat, lower the heat. Add onion and fry quickly. Add apples.
- Season with salt and pepper. Allow to fry to a few minutes until the liver becomes fried and apples soften.
