20 chicken wings
juice from ½ lemon
zest of 1 lemon
3 seedless chili peppers, finely chopped
1 Tbs dried vegetables
2 tsp sweet pepper
2 Tbs cilantro, chopped
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp olive oil
- Mix all the ingredients of the marinade: lemon juice, lemon zest, seedless chili, cilantro, dried vegetables, sweet pepper, crushed garlic, olive oil and pepper.
- Wash and pat dry chicken wings. Cover with marinade and let rest in the fridge overnight.
- Grill for 20 minutes turning occasionally.
